Community Connector Derby
The Community Connector job is for someone with a learning disability. For a definition of learning disability visit www.mencap.org.uk/learning-disability-explained
You will work on a project called Our Active Community in Derby, helping to make it easier for people with a learning disability to stay active.
The right person for the job will know about Derby, enjoy physical activity, want to make the community more active, and be comfortable talking to new people.

There are two posts available. Both will be employed by organisations in the community. Those organisations are Umbrella in Mackworth and Community Links in Spondon.
